It was finished the night after I received the files.. but when I listened to it the morning after I realised there was a huge volume level difference. So I'm going to normalize all the files to the same level and mix it again tonight. I shall try to finish it this night but I'll keep some options open with a deadline for next sunday as I don't want to rush this. |

Well yeah, I didn't use 1 of your mixes (AFX_-_Homemade_Polysynth_(impakts_Solvent_Cocktail Mix)) because it didn't fit well in the mix and because I already used 1 of your tracks. It has nothing to do with the quality of this track, if you really insist on it I'll try to mix it at the end...? |

You should.. the volume levels are equal. :) I still wonder why I haven't heard it in the first place.. the only reason I can think of is that I mixed it on the laptop for the first time.. and that soundscard isn't that great. |

Ok, I've got the playlist sorted, now it's just a case of recording in Ableton. The only mix I couldn't include was _d_'s. Sorry, but Ableton throws glitch back up in my face when I try and set markers. Well, I never made a backdoor remix. I just sequenced it in midi once and gave the midi to futureimage. |

So what it's going to be staz? futureimage, how could you not include [d] his remix? it's upper-class which needs to be included if you ask me! :) I know the problem.. I tried my best to include all but I had to drop impakt - Homemade Polysynth and oddioblender - boxingday horror mix which were both good remixes but didn't fit the scheme. Luckely they both sent in 2 remixes so at least 1 of their songs is in it. That's also why I think all the songs should be available as separated downloads. |
