This may be a horrible thing to say, but lets say for
arguments sake, the guy that plays the Emperor, were to
actually die (he is old)...I don't know whether or not EPIII
would be as good....what do you think Sido?

Oh shit!!
Don't say that.
And what if Earl Jones would have a heart attac ore
something,he is a very large man and not very young.
And David Prowse has some sort of leg injurie so i guess he
wont be doing vader again. He was very sad about it.

Did you know Sido that James Earl Jones didn't actually do
Vader's voice for the Special Edition footage in Empire
Strikes Back, when he says 'Bring my shuttle!'

I'm sure it's true...otherwise many Bothans will have to
die!!

Can't remember where I heard it, but its definately along
those lines.....the voice even sounds different in the
scenes....watch it and see for yourself, then mail me!

James Earl seems to be really excited to do that voice
again. He takes it very seriously. He wanted to add some more
emotions in vaders voice but George told him that it should
sound "mechanical"

Not bad picture! TheForce.net is quite a good site for the
latest Star Wars news. I go there often. For those of you
interested in Star Wars toys/collectables www.rebelscum.com
is the place to go.

New Episode II trailer

Just in from starwars.com:

quote:
-----------------------------------------------------------
-------------
This Sunday, March 10, the public will get their first look
at the full
trailer for Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones as it
airs on FOX
television in America and also is posted to the Official
Star Wars website,
starwars.com. The trailer will begin playing theatrically on
March 15,
exclusively with the animated feature Ice Age, and other
films thereafter.

"With this trailer, we start to look at the story and the
state of the
galaxy in Episode II," says Lucasfilm¹s VP of Marketing,
Jim Ward. "It sets
the stage for what¹s about to happen and how the characters
are involved. We
find out that the Republic is on the brink of war, and the
Jedi are
overburdened in trying to hold everything together."

The two-and-a-half minute trailer culminates with glimpses
of some of the
largest action sequences ever found in a Star Wars movie.
Entitled "Clone
War," this trailer begins to lift the veils of secrecy
surrounding the
mysterious Clone Wars first mentioned -- but never
elaborated upon -- in the
original A New Hope in 1977.

"In Episode II, we¹re going to see the Jedi in action like
we¹ve never seen
them before," says Ward. "We¹re going to see hundreds of
Jedi, hundreds of
lightsabers, thousands of clones, in a huge battle. The
trailer gives just a
hint of what¹s to come."

Some of those posters at theforce.net are unspeakably awful.
The guy who did this one, for example, must have been
taking the piss.

I don't care if they were both in space. They are too
completely different for me to judge them by the same
standards. Besides, one is the past and one is the future.
Star wars is epic and beautiful, but Star Trek has really
brought up some seriously cool concepts.

imo, Star Wars is a bit trendy and Star Trek is a bit dorky,
so i can't decide

both Lucas and Roddenberry are both vastly overrated as
writers... they are both good thieves...

Does Jar Jar Binks seem to walk and flop his ears back like
a drag queen, or is it just me? damn creepy.

I prefer starwars as well but I agree too that the DUNE
Universe (the movie and the novels) is way better than the 2
put together.

Did you know that C3PO is the first gay robot of the history
of cinema?

Lucas has more genius and creativity in his left testicle
than this mb put together.

But i don't think it will happen.
Maybe in a distant future and not by Lucas.

its on starwars.com.............in interviews lucas kinda
hinted to doing this..........saying that doing star wars
would be a full time job for him (after taking care of the
kids) and he would be done when he was age 70 to age
80....(CROSS YOUR FINGERS)
