Rumour has it that being able to read this entire thread is part of the initiation rites of some of LA's most lethal street gangs.

well I love South Park, never seen that episode but it sounds hilarious, I like Ricky Gervais too and he lays into everyone. But Windowlicker kind of disturbs me a little when I think too much about it, your laughing at Cartman and Gervais because they are acting like such idiots, Aphex’s offering on the other hand just seemed a little cruel with little irony to it, he’s obviously a very gifted chap it just seems wrong that he feels the need to laugh at people that some may consider a lot less fortunate than him.

well you seem to be doing OK so consider yourself in ;) (although fraid it’s only the London gangs I have access to at the mo)
truth is this might be a completely tortuous thread for some people, but for something that I started in a momement of madness and boredom at work, inspired by the amount of RDJ related posts I see on this board (I’d all but forgotten about him before I came here) it’s generated the largest amount of responses I’ve ever had, shame most of em were bad, but hey! a shit reaction is better than no reaction at all.
I’m really not on a mission to bring Aphex down either, I only came here to find out about new music not make loads of enemies, it’s just dssapointing sometimes when everyone’s discussing RDJ and I wanna find out about really obscure stuff (remember I don’t come here as much as I’d like to) so I guess I was just being a bit reactionary to the whole thing,
I’m glad not all of you knew what Windowlicker was really about though cos if nothing else and despite obviously spoiling it for some people at least you found out something new about your hero.

It still doesn't mean anything. Just because YOU think its about speds, doesn't make it so.

well if it makes you feel better just carry on thinking that, but the reason I said it was not to start a vicious rumour and spoil Windowlicker for everyone the reason I said it is because I don't just THINK it, I pretty much know it to be a fact.
is there anyone who wants to back me up on this? I'm not really a big net researcher but there's stuff out there about it. My ex-girlfriend did a uni essay about him and she found shit loads of stuff about it, maybe I should try and dig out her files.
I find it very hard to believe that the slang term and those voices came together as a happy accident, especially from someone as mischevous as RDJ,
