Anyway I do like early AE, and just because the massively overhyped "Analord" comes at a disgusting price and carries the lamest pisstaking title ever devised, plus the fact that RDJ does not care at all about the people who keep his bankaccount in a very positive state, I'll give my vote to AE only to crap the smoj in his phace and thus express my discontent over his dealings (and yes I know he could care less). |

ahh, shit you made me join this thread - ae are not better, they're just different, unique. more challenging than most of aphex stuff. i mean: look at druqks - Satie, Stockhausen mixed with mad tempo jungle beats. I LIKE IT, i really like it. but just you or me can have a grass smoke and make something very similar. saying that he is some kind of a genius is a bit childish IMO thank you for your attention, bye... |

Well he is in a league of his own, regardless of a fair deal of slip-ups, but what good is a musical genius who is resting on his laurels all the time or if not that, a genius who keeps playing tiresome and silly games with his audience? Patience has it's limits you know, and I might start disregarding artists who need their friends to persuade/force them into releasing a new album, just for the sake of 'if you don't care I don't care'. But not that he'll care... |
