I bought a copy yesterday. it is really good article. pretty lengthy too. talked about the internet, the current state of music. how and why he signs the artists he signs. lots of great stuff. the rest of the mag is crap though. not like i bought it for anything else. anyone read grooves? thats an awesome mag. |

Yeah, that was nice! I thought the article was really good. Aphex seemed really frank and amiable, and the general vibe given off was that of a bunch of mates having great fun releasing music they dug. Top blokes. That's probably the 2nd copy of the Wire I've ever bought, and I thought it was pretty good. It's filled with stacks of articles, as well as a useful label index of everything mentioned in the mag, which is pretty cool. The Christian Marclay and Tim Hecker articles are worth a read too. |
