you got a crappy property and did it up...
but how did you find the property? and how did you know you'd be able to make a profit? look at similar houses selling prices?
I'm thinking of doing similar, but need a job before i can qualify for a loan.. unless i can find an investor to split the profits with.

He didn't sell any house, its all a front.
Pomme is really just a drug king pin who sold a large shipment of fine china to Japan and got a nice deal on the exporting process.
Isn't that so, Julio D. Griziche!

our county government was about to forclose on the house. i purchaced it for a small bit more than what they were going to give her.
i knew it would make a profit because it was a piece of shit in a nice neighborhood. structurally, it was very sound. it just needed alot of aesthetic work.

Give me 8000 English pounds (that's probably about $12-13k, but I'm not sure). Then I can pay for my Lithuanian girlfriend to study in the UK and we can thus stay together!!!!
Thank you in advance :)
Seriously though, if I were you I'd invest it in something else and make some more cash. Spend a little bit on some of the things you want (maybe $5k max) and then invest the rest. There's obviously nothing you *really* want or need that will cost $30k, otherwise you wouldn't have asked for our suggestions.
Good luck and enjoy the cash!

Ooooh Pomme..... for a second there......!
Just joking, I knew what you meant. Sounds like the best plan to me. Enjoy some of the cash, invest the lion's share. Very shrewd, but still some fun to be had. Can't be bad.
Thanks for thinking of me. I'm sure "viskas bus gerai" (that's "everything will be OK" in Lithuanian) in the end..........!
