It's pretty cool indeed. Another great thing is that they
will become much cheaper than the current displays.
Because now the crystal stuff (LCD = Liquid Crystal Display)
is placed on big glass plates and then the glass is cut, it
takes much space and time. When everything is flexible the
display can be produced the same way as for instance
newspapers. You know, roll-to-roll production.

Haha LOL yeah that kramer is quite a character ey? Still i
think about putting my own photo in there though. If they
don't ban me then. :)

I was thinking, imagine one of those actors from seinfeld
had died during the time when they were still making
episodes. No actor could ever have replaced kramer or
george, it simply wouldn't work. It wouldn't be funny
anymore, i'm sure.

and you want to be my latex salesman LOL i remember
that one, it's on the end of 'The Boyfriend' part one i
think,

George has made up some story about working at Vandalay and
said he could be reached at jerry's number. Then Kramer
picks up the phone...
wait i'll check that site you told me:

[phone rings]

KRAMER: Yallo. What delay industries?

ELAINE: no no..

GEORGE: [from bathroom] VANDALEY, SAY VANDALEY!

KRAMER: Na, you're way way way off.. Well, yeah that's the
right number but
this is an apartment

GEORGE: [from bathroom] VANDALEY, SAY VANDEL... [George
falls] ...vandaley
Industries, ...

KRAMER: no problem, ... no problem. [Hangs up] ... How did
YOU know who that was?

[Jerry enters - sees George on the floor]

JERRY: And you want to be my latex salesman.

haha hilarious scene

I don't really get the humour in Seinfeld. The memorable
time I've laughed at it was when Kramer was modelling mens
underwear, and he leans on a part of a wall which curves
round and falls over. THAT guy is the real comedy genius.

"Another great thing is that they

oh really? :-) I suppose we'll be seeing alot more displays
on countless different items in the future then! Not just
televisions and computerscreens...

"Still i think about putting my own photo in there

Wasn't it you in the egghead avatar then? I thought you said
that was you.
Yeah i know the webmasters would like it if everyone used
their own face as avatar (hehe, so it'll surely give you
bigger chances of becoming a moderator ;-)). But i still
think i'm gonna stick with george :-p

"No actor could ever have replaced kramer or george, it

ha! Ofcourse not! You've gotten to know those characters so
well... it just wouldn't be right to see any other actor
play them.

I even think it's strange to see them act in other movies
(unstrung heroes, shallow hal)... i mean, still nice i
guess. But a bit surreal :-) George and Kramer seem oddly
out of place when not hanging out in jerry's appartment.

And yeah, you spotted that quote incredibly quickly i have
to say :-p I just love that scene. Kramer and George are
just perfect in it... and then jerry finishes it off with
one of his subtle sarcastic remarks.

agreed, but george is for sure just as funny, just in a
different way,

that's why i said they could never be replaced by an other
actor. it simply wouldn't work

george is the funniest on the show, hes just not physically
comical like kramer, its more I dont know, hes just the
funniest tv character ever to me.

although i suppose george was visually funny too but not as
extreme as kramer. bodysuit man anyone? or the timeless art
of seduction, Ill post my poster of that sometime since I
have a digital camera now.

yes, for sure, think about poster-like adverts in
supermarkets, they can simply change the screen with the
sales of that day and stuff

yeah it was me indeed, but i didn't like that one, i'll see
what i do :)
