have you not notice over the many years how i've been nice to jivver almost every time he hits my mind? i call him the lovely pom pom poochie and blow kisses X and i meant it sincerely , i am nice to him. but he still continues to hurt me.... So i try this route instead, maybe let him know for sure i am not happy with the verbal abuse. if someone keeps punching , eventually you gotta say at least, please stop. "autie, there's a bear on the garden shed!" like, literally on it. oaf had climbed on top of a 10ft garden shed, and was now digging up its roofing shingles with a mighty paw. "he's tearing up my shed!" auntie yells. uncle goes to get his rifle. auntie runs out onto the porch and starts banging some pans together. bear runs off. gun wasn't necessary, since they were able to move it along without harming it. but, well, there's only so much you can do before you see your own entrails hanging out as you tell yourself, "it's not the bear's fault for being a bear" |
