i'm not exaggurating when i say i listen to this almost
every night to sleep to! In fact i did last night.

Its one of only a handful of albums i would call 'perfect'

some other albums i use, but not as often:

Stars of the Lid - Tired Sound Of...
you have to listen to this album if you like SAWII

Biosphere - Substrata

Tangerine Dream - Phaedra / Rubycon

substrata is fucking LEGENDARY. love it. i usually listen to
it fully awake though, so i can properly enjoy it, there's a
lot going on there.

isolation by pulusha is the shit too.

i don't know...maybe a select few but the majority of tracks
make for bad dreams. i've fallen asleep so many times
accidententally leaving it on repeat only to awake at the
early hours to find my room haunted by one of those spooky
tracks.

'saw ii' is indeed perfection, but the one i reach for when
i want a good night's sleep is 'teimo / permafrost' by
thomas köner. whoa!

The albums by Gas are excellent. You can download them off
kompact mp3 in pretty decent quality. I've got some decent
mp3s of the ones you can't get anywhere if you can't slsk
them.
Pop and Oktember are recommended (well infact they're all
great).
