is probably one of aphex's best albums in my opinion
both cd's are simply amazing, and the piano tracks not only
break it up, but they are beautiful in their own way
anyone think another one of his albums top it?

you should really look for past threads, before posting all
these...

I agree, but a lot of people here think the album is dull.
There also a lot of people here that think it's the best
soo.

interest.

I think about 75% of it (the drill tracks mostly) are
fantastic and if it was just a single cd of that it would
probably be one of his best. i like it a lot, i just dont
consider it aphex twin's grand opus like a lot of his fans
do.

I think drukQs is pretty good.

And I hate people who tell people to "search previous
threads." Yeah right, like somebody who wants to make a
simple comment, or ask a simple question is going to search
thru pages and pages of inane message board dialogue.

ever heard of the search function? it's on the left, below
the community stats. can't miss it. perhaps you should give
it a wank now and then.

i dont want to see the massive results on that search term
but basically its a good thing to bump up old threats when
you really have something new to say, or to find out that
your comment is not worth the post

For some reason it just doesn't feel like an Aphex work. I
think he was on too much drugs while making it. Hence the
name.

first time i heard it was with a buddy of mine and this
swedish fellow. we smoked this really potent moroccan
pollen. swedish guy asked to turn it off by orban eq trx, i
said no, and later caught him secretly wanking in the corner
when mt st michael reached its climax. the amount of truth
in this tale still gives me the shivers.

for me it's not relevant if it sounds aphexish or not.

but i love this album because of it's perfectness. i mean it
just sounds so awfully great, the mastering is top-notch and
you can hear how much time he put into making it.

drukqs is fucking amazing... but since rdj album (96), ive
been missing a cohesive album, like i care, or the saw's,
with a perfect flowing between similar sounding tracks. like
diferent variations of a same
feeling/sensation...mmmwhatashityexplanation, but youget
what i mean...

i think the drukQs tracks go well together, maybe in 3
different categories (piano, drill + the others) each of it
would be a minicd

but the "gesamtkunstwerk" or all in all it fits great
together,
still i have a minidisk to go with all the fast tracks
