Hello!

Hello everyone,
I have been browsing this forum for a while, and wow; its
great to see so many fans of eXcellent electronic music!
:-)

Who is your favorite electronic artist ever, and why? Mine
is Autechre and Aphex Twin, because they make such good,
complicated beats. They are much better than any rock or
classical music!

Why? Does she make complicated, exciting beats like Autechre
and Aphex Twin?

I always suspected they operated as two seperate units.

nah she's more old-school/retro, but her music's got a
helluva lot of soul to it.. you should check it out.

her debut, "She's so unusual" is my fave. x

I like a steady beat, otherwise it's too complex and I can't
concentrate on thinking about fighting mech warriors or
strange alien geometry.

maddona is a fuckin whore, her music has no art or soul at
all.
did you know she wanted to do a collaboration with aphex but
he said the only way he would do it was if she squeeled like
a pig lol.

I don't think RDJs music has art or soul, I don't think the
title "26 mixes for cash" is in any way ironic, I think the
last good thing he did was SAW II and ever since then he's
cried about people liking him for the wrong reasons and
making rubbish music, so fuck him, at least Madonna gives
gay discos something other to play than Cher.

I wouldn't know as I've never been to one, what with me
being so fiercely, and securely, heteroid.

It did just make me think though of a great idea which would
be to do a very camp version of "Windowlicker" where all the
low "ooohs" were more like Kenneth Williams "ooooooooOOHhs"
and the whole thing was more fruity, then Dicky could
challenge Madge on the gay dance scene.

And he could call the track "Scrotumlicker".

yawn.

young man! you should reinvent your music tastes.

and by the way - if Madonna ever ask you to produce or
arrange her record (it will never happen because she could
be you grandma and you are too ******* to do it) you would
cream your pants.

VOGUE!

:D
:D
:D

yeah - I love that story with Aphex Twin and Madonna
collaboration. How do you think Phantom - was it about art
or soul?

A gentleman from qrter is soon becoming my favorite
electronic artist. Not sure if I should say his/her name.

That reminds me of a simpsons joke (early season 7 episodes
were saturated with jokes, season 8 had 1 joke per 8
minutes). Well principle skinner was in front of lisa's
class and lisa did something resulting in something that
everyone hated or something. So... bla bla, well it was
like:
"well we're not supposed to say.. let's just call her "L.
Simpson"... no that's too obvious, let's call her... "Lisa
S."..."
This makes no sense huh.

that's the ep where lisa decides to become a vegetarian.
skinner is referring to her asking for veggie options at
school and resulting in two "independent thought alarms" in
one day.

"better remove the colored chalk from the classrooms
willie."

Oscar Wilde said some great things, it's a shame that he was
gay and had sex before marriage.
