the first step is admitting you have a problem
hitting print screen. then open up paint and hit ctrl+V, or
paste. voila!

then go in PAINT/PAINTBRUSH and Paste

ctrl+V
or download neoshooter which is a great simple app.

with neoshooter you can also take a screenshort of a part of
your screen. (like on a mac) and you don't have to open any
other programmes to save the file. you just press print
screen button and the file is instantly saved on your pc.
very easy and faster then doing print screen--->going to
paint or photoshop (which takes ages to load) --->pressing
ctrl+v--->and save the file.

By the way, ALT+Print Screen allows you to take a "screen
