alright - finally autumn caught us and it's time to
recommend some albums that fit to it. i'll go first.

highly recommended:

max richter - songs from before
murcof - remembranza
marsen jules - herbstlaub
swod - gehen

and of course it's high time to dig all those sigur ros
albums up...

I immediately thought of Herbstlaub.
Deaf Center - Pale Ravine also sounds very autumnal for me,
and everything by Remote Viewer.

If you're looking for other stuff than electronic, I
recommend the last from Bonnie Prince Billy. A top-three
release for me this year.

style, though)

i don't listen to Sigur Ròs, but the records i tend to dig
up include Eels, Godspeed You Black Emperor (and other
"post-rock" bands), Coil, Nurse With Wound... melancholic
stuff...

also The Smashing Pumpkins, for some reason.

uzim:yeah same here, i sold back like 5-6 smashing pumpkins,
but for some reason i can listen to the double disk every
now and then, and their first cd "gish" is actaully good,
before they got all MTV rockstars.

Somebody else who knows about swod - gehen! Lovely
glitchy/warm/static-ey piano-ey electro-acoustic ambience
there. The piano parts in themselves are lovely, but it's
the way that they relate to the static and electronic loops
that sets it apart.

I have. I just dont like alot of shit.

sort of how artists hate art cause all they do is art.
they only really like a few artists and their works.

You're not a really open minded person then are you?
dont seem to think outside the box when it comes to people
and the things they do...
