I don't know him but about two years ago i was talking to a girl at a party - she said she came from Cornwall. At one of those awkwards breaks in conversation i asked her is she was aware of Aphex, being a fellow Cornwall person. Turns out she was more than aware of him, she had been in the same class as him at school. Knew him quite well a few years ago and knew a lot of the other cornwall music people as well. She had some funny stories about what he was like at school (cant be bothered to type now, about to go out), but said she hadnt seen him for quite a few years - she kind of implied she had fallen out with him or someone close to him. Am sure it was true, she had no reason to lie, it was me who brought up Aphex, not her. Was funny though. Erm, that probably wasnt that interesing, was it? |
