Ceri, this is a bit off topic but I didn't know where asking. Also, I miss our conversations about videogames we had before. Anyway, how's it going with your Psp? And your GC? I'm not playing with mine for quite a while, because there are no new games to play. What are you looking for at this E3 2006, which is coming up in few weeks? Cheers. |

I've now got Ridge Racer, Wipeout and GTA on my PSP. I've been too busy to re-unlock it since I upgraded the OS in order to play GTA, so I can't play the excellent megadrive/game gear games on it that I could before (truth be told, I used it more when I had those on it than I do now). A mate has said the Midway Classics for it is great, but I'm reluctant to fork out money for games I can play on emulator on the PSP once I unlock it again/already own on other formats. My GC is languishing in the spare room; I only bought it for Resi 4 and other than Donkey Konga, that's the only game I have for it (I sold my first GC and all the games a while back). I have no regrets and it was well worth £100 to play Resi 4. Absolutely stunning and I will one day unlock the hand cannon. Main reason I've not bought anything for the GC is that I've got an xbox and PS2 and if something is mult-format, I'll get the xbox version. There are more PS2 exclusives (TT Superbikes, R-Type Final, Tekken 5) I have bought than GC ones; nothing coming out on the GC at the moment (or for the past year really) excites me. I'm incredibly busy at the moment, so haven't had as much time to play, so I've adopted a policy of only buying great games (generally 8+/10 at ign.com). I'm still up for a bargain though even if I'll only play it a few times on the grounds it's cheaper than movie trip and lasts longer. I've recently bought Super Mario Allstars for the snes for £1 (so now I've got pretty much all the snes games I want), MK Deception for the xbox for £7 and The Punisher for £5 . I'm mostly playing MK Deception and still trying to unlock the last few things in MK Shaolin Monks. I'm looking forwards to PS2 Tourist Trophy and Xbox MK Armageddon. Nothing coming out on the PSP other than GT4 Mobile really looks exciting to me. |

Thanks for the nice read. I still haven't unlocked the hand cannon too, I tried more than once to take all 5 stars in each level, but nothing to do, it's too hard. There should be some codes somewhere to get this damned powerful weapon, I lost my hope to take it normally. Like you said, one day I'll try to broke some heads with a head cannon :) On my Ps2 I'm still playing with GTA: San Andreas and Prince Of Persia: The Two Thrones, which I'll end in few days. With my DS I'm hving lots of fun with Mario & Luigi 2, and for my birthday in May I'll buy Resident Evil: Deadly Silence and Metroid Prime Haunters, and subsequently a mate of mine will lend me Animal Crossing Wild World. For this E3 2006 we will know more about the Revolution by Nintendo, there will be many surprises to discover, it's gonna be a wicked E3. |
