i think this is funny!
countries that are in war (U.S. + U.K) are allowed to
produce and develope new types of nukes, but iran isn't even
allowed to enrich uranium for power reactors.
and even if they were to enrich uranium for nuclear war
heads, it'd take them about 10 years to create, if they were
left alone to make 'em - according to the UN nuclear
inspectors (!)

what's going on?

i think it comes down to trust. different nations don't
trust iran to be responsible with the power of nukes at
their hands. and they have more trust in the us&uk.

neither can be trusted

belgium and iceland should be the only countries with nuke
powers!

right.

Paul Flynn, a Labour backbencher who has drafted
parliamentary motions questioning the need for a Trident
replacement, insisted there had to be a proper debate.
“The Trident missiles will last for another 20 years,”
he said. “Who on earth are we going to take on with them
anyway?"

it's nice to see tridenti scoring some points outside xlt
now too

the whistle blower telling the sunday times about it...?

what's secret about it though, really? whistle-blower?

blair's been banging on about replacing the trident missile
scheme for a year or two, since this whole war on terror
malarky broke out.
