i know they're all bollocks, but what morning after routine
do you usually take?

Bloody Mary is not a bollock.
Kinda chemichally engineered for every single aspect of
hangover...

The "cocktail of foul ingredients" (eg a raw egg blended in
tomato juice mixed with grapefruit juice etc) ones are all
balls.

I also find "hair of the dog" to be nonsense, unless you
drink enough to actually get pissed again.

Only ones I've found to have any effect are:

Drink loads of water before you go to bed and drink a pint
or so every time you wake up in the night.

Next morning, orange juice and a full english breakfast
(this'll absorb the alcoholic scum/bile still in your
stomach and the laxative effect will flush your system
sooner). Then, drink more water and go to bed all day. I
feel fine by the evening unless it's a massive piss up that
caused it. In which case, I go to bed early that night too
and then usually feel 100% the next morning.

just water. as ceri said, before bed, if you wake up and
when you wake up. also, staying in bed because you feel sick
makes it worse. get out of bead, eat a slice of bread with a
fried egg or something.. walk around a bit... the worst
thing is staying in bead and not eating.

for some reason I tend to wake up REALLY early when I've
been drunk (like today.. I was up at 9 because I'd been
drinking last night...), and I always get out of bed, have
some food and water and then I do something useful like
clean my room or whatever. within twenty minutes of getting
out of bed, there's nbo sickness, no headache, no nothing!

having an ample breakfast with more fats and oil than
normal, and Powerade/Gatorade (electrolytes) or whatever the
equivalent is can really help.

it comes with age. when I was 18 it was the same. now after
not so few years my head explodes next day after two bottles
of vodka.

my hangover cure is prevention, i'd rather have a smoke and
an espresso than drink.

otherwise i've found that nothing really helps but time.

hair of the dog works a charm, just a cold pint or stick a
measure of vodka in your orange squash.

im the same, but the very few times I do feel bad the next
day I find these energy/vitamin drinks called Wellman work
wonders. its a tablet that you add to water, comes in
various flavours.

Its full to the hilt with a whole load of minerals and
scientific words.

No, I don't drink often though. When I do drink though I
just don't get hangovers. Never have. Hopefully never will.

I know full well what I'm missing. I get enough headaches
without getting alcohol fuelled ones too.

If that's you then yes, you do look like a rent boy.
