Once again, after a one year break I got back to Starters/Alternetors and I am in awe how consciously these guys incorporate moaning and screeching guitars to create catchy protest songs. Does anybody know any punk acts with a similar level of musicality. I already know DOg Faced Hermans. |

i'm not sure you could say Jesus Lizard is punk, but whatever. it's been in my winamp playlist for ages. if you don't know 'em, check 'em. energetic, insane, kurewsko good. you'll love it. The only The Ex thing i heard it was with Tortoise, "in the fishtank" ep , as i remember correctly. *tries on the Mastah hat* meh, it's too biggie, bah. |
