tom looks like a tit on the cover.

i put the remix 12" inside the sleeve of it cause I couldn't
be bothered to get a pvc-sleeve for it. the ceephax remixes
on that is utter rubbish, but the squarepusher mix of
psultan is pretty decent.

yep.. have it ages on CD. I think its a little diffeent on
the surface which shouldnt be too suprising as music evolves
and its quite old now.

It still retains some classic squarepusherness though:

- acid melody lines
- drill snares/drums
- darkly funny vocode elements
- haunting synths
- deep bass sounds
- full on driving rthymns
- dnb/jungle sounds

"Mess head" is very burning tree/port rhombus
"Boisilate" is very Selection 16
"generatrion shit" displays hsi vocal playfullness and is
also quite acidee
"dreaded pestilence".. i'd fucking love to hear at a club or
live
"mind war electro".. classic squarepuseher
"friend track".. well jazzy.. a little bit HND maybe
"Psultan" 4/4 dance classic..think
angstrom/ultravisitor/dimotane
"theme from".. dirty acid techno..very aphexy/analogue bb
"male pill".. shows the man's talent for off-kilter
structure and nois interests
"up the gary"...very vic acid..... a classic!
"daves safetly lamp".. straight off burning tree

yeah there is a mix of Psultan on Braindance .

a lot of Buzz Caner is different - less of his drum and bass
or jazz alter egos - theres a lot of harsh noise here. i
love it though, especially Generation Shit (funny)
