I'm confused as hell, Wooftie, did I mention lasagna? You're always welcome to come round and sample Dog_Belch's Kitchen, though be warned, you'll need a stomach of reinforced steel as every dish comes with generous servings of hot chilli sauce. Be it lasagna or simply toast. We had an italian couple stay at our place once and they enjoyed my improvised Vegetable Rissotto (there wasn't very much in the fridge), I look upon that as my greatest culinary achievment.

PS: I really liked the "Que lujo" touch at the end, very funny.

para.
Don't worry, your spanish is great. Seriously I have some people in my class who wouldn't even come close to you (that *shamefully* includes a native speaker from bolivia, who is also in this forum).
The mistakes you make are generally due to English being your first language i.e the "por" and "para": when do you use por and when para. It's difficult because on translation to english the phrase will be the same with either por or para, but in spanish it makes alot of gramatical difference.

Oh I hate it, every time you think you've got Por and Para down some other frikkin usage comes up that throws you. I always get confused with, for example, "He speaks spanish well, for being a gringo"
por ser gringo... para gringo...

Veo que Chile tiene todo sus propios sitios de comer; "Schop Dog" reminds me a bit of Beefeaters here in England.
Si vas alguna vez a Colombia visites a Frisby y Kokoriko (el mejor pollo asado del mundo) Here comes my little advertisement: pollo asado delicioso y sabroso, viene con miel, papas, arepitas, papas fritas, un jugo etc. No esperes vengas a Kokoriko ahora mismo, Te estamos esperando :).
Minor Correction: pero si hay aqui en Valdivia un Schop Dog

's easy to make!
easy/quick one for two people.
lasagna plates ~400-500 grams meat 2 tomatoes 2 onions 1 - 2 garlicks (depending on how muh you like garlick. if you REALLY love garlick, use a garlick press.. don't add more garlick than two (I'm talking about those that are one piece, not those with lots of small ones))
1 glass red wine (haven't tried it with this yet) pepper oregano + random other "fillings" (whatever sounds good.. paprika, mushroom, whatever works)
milk flour margarin nutmeg
grated cheese
fry the meat and all the other stuff in the first batch of stuff and do something to make it look like sauce (if you can't with only tomatoes and/or red wine, add some.. I don't know how to translate.. it's very concentrated tomato in a way and water.
second, when that's all sauce-ish.. do the bechamel. melt margarin in the pan, put flour in until it is a kind of very thick substance (take the pan off the plate while mixing this or it'll burn). now, add milk in small doses. if you make the sauce too thin you can't really fix it by adding more flour (it'll just make lots of lumps), so you'll then have to 1: let it simmer for a while until it thickens or 2: take another pan and make the flour/butter substance again and add that. now, grind some nutmeg and put it in the bechamel. not too much, though.
now, depending on the lasagna plates, you may have to cook them before doing this next step, but it should say so on the packet.
get a form that can take being in the oven. lubricate it with margarin or olive oil or whatever. put bechamel, lasagna plates, filling, bechamel, lasagna plates, filling (and so-on) until the top layer of filling. put bechamel and cheese on top. no plates there, or the cheese will just slip off when you try eating it.
