I think the fact that they tested positive shows this is not a realistic test at all. Anyone who shakes hands with someone who has had a toke, opens a public toilet door, uses public transport etc. would likely test positive. As such, it's not 'beyond reasonable doubt' that someone testing positive has been smoking. |
