Yeah, my little brother is only getting more ill. Turns out
I was wrong. Most people with it die in their child hood.
Heres a picture of him when he was doing okay. I took it
when he was doing homework.

little brother

We've been having fun together, I put costume make up on him
and made him look like a skull, I played some Aphex Twin and
he loved the milkman song. Other than that, just replaying
Lemony Snicket a million times. Just thought I'd keep you
guys updated on the little scout.

Thanks, I need all the hope I can get. Mines been faltering
lately. I don't mean to sound cold and heartless. It's just
hard to watch after him now fully knowing his condition and
the reality of it all.

Thanks, that was really sweet of you. It is hard, but so
hard for him too. He's a little boy, he shouldn't have to
deal with this.

"used to be a genetic mystery, and most people with the
disease didn't live beyond their teens. But researchers have
made progress in unraveling the genetic basis of CF, which
has led to earlier detection. In addition, improved and more
consistent treatments now allow people with CF to live into
their 30s and 40s and even beyond, and to have fuller, more
comfortable lives."

That's pleanty of time for a cure. Once we kick the
Republicans out of office and start a proper stem-cell
program he'll be right as rain.

That's really upsetting. What a nice little brother he seems
to be. I once had my photo taken for a CF charity campaign-
hope it helps!
Anyway, best of luck.
