With all the bad "karma" flying around I think it best if
we all remember the main purpose of this forum: e-music.

So has anyone got any thoughts on LJ Kruzer, me I think he's
a genious at fusing my two favourite music genres (Latin
music and techno)

music sucks!

the point of the board may be music discussion but the point
of any community is to interact with one another, so, you
have to take the good with the bad sometimes.

true, but at the moment there doesn't seem to have been any
musical discussion so I felt it appropriate to create this
thread

i was just listening to the beatles's abbey road and 'I Want
You (She's So Heavy)' really caught my attention. what a
fucking great song. sexy bass playing on that.

whoever said in that last thread something to the effect of
7 days of reality could do us all some good, i go with him.
it could do all of us some good to just chill for a bit. im
not sure whats goig on, but i can feel a bad vibe about some
people now. im not one to cuase problems, but yes, focus on
what this board is about. music.

make music, not bans

people talk about music here whenever a new CD comes out
(last big one was untilted, obviously) or whenever somebody
posts some stuff of theirs really. that's when i notice it.

and, as far as background musical tastes go, xlt is rather
"young" i'd say. peoples favorite bands are dudes who are
just releasing their first 2 or 3 albums.

when i said sucks, i meant rules, at least the electronic
one...
check rec_overflow if you want nice music!

I didn't mean we have to just talk about e-music but it is
one factor that joins us.

I thought the devil had somehow incorporated it self into my
CD player, scary thing was I liked it and kept listening to
it. Now it doesn't have much effect on me, I play while I do
work.

It's a bit too slow pace and jazzy for me but I like the
aphex humour at the beginnig with the child speaking.

My favourite is the first track "Come to Daddy"[Pappy Mix].

hmm most people think it's a child speaking. i think it's a
"mature" girl's voice slightly pitched up. notice the
laughter, it doesn't sound like a kids laughter. sounds like
richy is teasing his girlfriend.

hahaha, so you're one of those 150+ bpm guys? i think iz-us
has a perfect pace with it's ca 119booms per minute.

Well I can't really tell, to me it sounds a lot like a
little girl I know so I'm more towards the thinking that it
is a child speaking but you may be right, after all Aphex
Twin is the master manipulator.
