Here's a track from my upcoming EAP volume, (almost) all
feedback welcome!

Emotional Acid

I love this whole new analogue craze. It's like a another
era but an era repeated.
This track is good. In fact I'd go further than that and
suggest it's excellent. Like every track ever made the only
thing that could make this better is to have more time spent
on it. I like it how it is though so you don't need to be
doing that. Damn nice impakt, damn nice...

this track is better than a few on analord (and would have
fit much better) great track man.

wouldnt it be cool if we did an analord vibes?

Hehe, thanks Gwely. Basicly that's what EAP is all about;
creating more music in the analord-vibe and furthermore
develope it into something new if possible. Probably
advancing more into drill'n'acid and other substyles.

Sure it's easy to call it an analord-ripoff at times, but
after all it's just about creating more of the music we
love, no matter who originally started doing it.

it's a genre in it's own, endless lush songs can be made. I
say go for it (I'd buy a copy ;)

I think it's a very good track but it's just a bit too
obviously inspired on aphex. where exactly can I hear
impakt? all I'm hearing is aphex. that's the only crit I
have. but who cares. good music is good music.

If I had a dime every time I heard that...
But seriously, I think an artist always leaves something of

trying to sound like someone else :p

It's very, very well done but it does sound absurdly like
Analord. I'm not sure about "Probably advancing more into
drill'n'acid and other substyles
" as I think that's
possibly more like regressing to Drukqs era Aphex. I think
the world needs to get away from "drill" quickly.

Saying that, clearly you have the ability to reproduce and
play around with the formula, I'd say, in my unprofessional
capacity, fuck around with it and see where you end up.

Time will tell, I'll try to stay away from the drukqs-drill
as that's not what EAP is about. Hopefully something good
will come out of it.

i liked the forlorn track much better, this one sounds good
but the music isn't engaging. i'd like to hear forlorn
beefed up a bit...

*cues forlorn and digs*

i don't think you should be so concerned about what style
you're working in unless you intend to seriously market the
music. if you want to sell records, back away from the acid
drill sound, but i think you've got a knack (and it's
obviously a style that's close to your heart) and i'd like
to hear more...

The thing that is different about this track and an analord
track (or any pro track) is the recording quality. I wish I
knew how they get that fullness.

mmm... yes i guess... a couple of reversed sounds at the
beggining, it sound just too obvious and easy... but the
track is really nice! is it really analogue?
