i am amazed. this thing seems to work really well. but what
would happen if i go to my favorite childporn sites?
installing this utility seems like giving your soul to the
big brother

installer. i won't install it yet. this is my job, so i can
not give a shit about this comp but i won't install it
anyway until i change my mind.

One reason peoples pc's fuck up so much is because they
install every single utility that comes across their desktop
without considering "this might do something harmfull to my
computer".

i got rid of it already. took me 0.0 seconds, and i saved
0.0 seconds, so in overall its little unusable shit.

Unusable to you maybe. What about all those fine product
placement companies that need to earn a living, huh? How are
they going to know what popups and banners you want to
see???

Well i'm going by googles reputation. It all goes through
their proxy servers and gets compressed. Could be
interesting. At least the company google is known as opposed
to some random company.

i'm beginning to wonder about google's privacy policy...

they're really tracking a hell of a lot of information now -
this download will track your http movements and tie them to
your google id (stored in a "TEMPORARY" cookie that expires
in 2038)..

i don't believe conspiracy theories, but c'mon - they're an
american company, if the government puts any weight at all
on them, they'll be forced to divulge information to them
without the public knowing until it's too late.

this is one step too far...
