you should put your talent to better use, whats the point in
sticking stuff on walls only to be cleared or weathered
away?

I used to spray quite a lot of stencil stuff but i don't
think i've got any photos to hand. It's a lot of fun though,
wandering around at night with a bag full of matt black and
a pizza box full of stencils.

I don't know if you'd call it "street art" or whatever, but
i've been working on a project recently where i make
minidisc field recordings of wherever i go and then leave
unlabelled cds of the sounds for people to find. It's pretty
easy to do since i've got a pair of cheap binaural mics, i
just wear them as if they were in-ear headphone and hit
record. It's a nice feeling, like i'm leaving a little
mystery.

i'd consider that street art, yeah. i think that's a fucking
great idea. especially because nowaydays, with the internet
and all, nothing is really surprising anymore. There's so
many personal things, readily available to anyone on the
net, that one who finds a cd with 'random' recorded sounds
on the street can only stop to think 'what the hell? where'd
this come from? who made this? what's it mean?'

i say keep going and maybe something strange will happen.
