if you could create your own piece of music software, what would it be? what would you like to be able to do, that current music software isn't up to the task? |

i once had a piece of software that would scan yr hard drive for soundfiles and then play em all mashed up in2 an ambient/pad/reverb/chorus/delay/reverse kinda thing. it was the best piece of software i ever had. and i lost it. if anyone knows of anything like it, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease let me know :( |

something similar to what you're referring to is leafcutter john's minicdfuck app. Takes an audio CD and mashes it into 1-2 second clips etc |

Um i think I want more hardware, because pointing and clicking makes me feel gay making music. Plus its too slow, and 2 hands are better than 1 mouse so suck my balls. Other than that: better/faster/smaller/more efficient computers is always helpfull. |
