Is it possible to broadcast live over the internet using software such as Traktor? Is there any way to do this with a standard broadband setup?
I don't just want to broadcast my WinAmp playlist, a la Shoutcast. I want to do some live DJing over the interweb.
Anyone know how?

switch the shoutcast input to 'soudcard input' instead of winamp and you broadcast whatever is going to the line in (ie a mier running turntables, laptops whatever)

I've had a go at doing that, but it doesn't work because I can't seem to connect.
Also, I'm not actually routing an external mixer into my computer, I'm doing it all "internally", so the "soundcard input" (i.e. line-in) option is no good to me, and the only other option is WinAmp input.
Does anyone know any easy way to broadcast music live on the internet without ShoutCast?
