yeah so ive had "empty the bones of you" and "clarence park" copied to cassette forever, always listen to them when skating to walking Lily around town, they are like a consolidated version of Drukqs
but i finally got on cd "empty" and ceramics is the bomb", had them order "clarence park" also at the record store
they sound totally great in the car as well anything new on the way.....................................

Its a little bit stop-start sometimes, not always mixing when a track finished. But the stuff he plays is always good choices, and he does some live stuff with it, and the thick pads like you find on the end of Indigo Optimus just sound mindblowing out of huge speakers.

The first time i saw him live, the whole set blew me away. The second time at glasto was just ok but the whole setup at Glade was cack and the third nearly made me sick because he improvised so much my guts were wrenched! positive end. I'd say from my comments i like him live :p

I saw him live 1 year ago and he is absolute amazing..you can see him improvise
here you can hear the show he did in Amsterdam, keep in mind that there is a "mastered" version of this performance on slsk (which sounds much better, thanks pf!)

I thought he was great live. It was Chris Clark that was great, then Luke Vibert who was amazing, and then Plaid, which was really boring.
I was dissapointed with plaid!

somehow Plaid do very good and very dissapointing shows...
I saw them live 3 years ago and it was just 'ok' the other year when they were at the Warpnight they were superb, I´m very glad I didn´t miss this show
there were a few times when I had gooseboomps..and not only me but also a few that came to the party with me(and didn´t know their music), the combination of the visuals and 2 big blue rotating lights at the end of Marry was marvelous

Saw cc last year live and it was a stunning set. all you want from a live electronica set.. energy, buildups, intesnity, melodys, and virtuoisity. When he adds his jungleelements to the songs... it RRRRAMPs ups bigstyle.
As for plaid, saw em 3 times on their "double figure" tour and they really sucked but it semed like an equipment problem. Since then they've gotten better but i thought their DJ set last year in dublin was tons better than their live set.
