anyone seen this yet? what did you think? i went with my
girlfriend on fri-she thought it was thrown together but
just ok, i thought the whole mood of the film was quite
intense and i found the last half hour quite
disturbing...however i did find the actresses who played the
prostitutes not half as annoying as johnny depps cockney
accent..

i'm looking forward to that one, and Depp is an amazing
actor (Fear & Loathing...)

But what about "The Others". Is it really that creepy?

looking forward to watching it....a huge fan of the graphic
novel...one of the best ever I think..Watchmen rocks
too..Terry Gilliam was supposed to have made that into a
movie about ten years ago..dont know any progress on
that...read an interview with Alan Moore seems like he had
hardly any input in the movie says his book and the movie
are seperate entities..so I suppose they took a lot of
liberties with the story in the movie hunh?

offline DirtyPriest from Copenhagen (Denmark) on 2002-02-13 19:53 [#00087624]

the comic just has so many layers... so complex, scary
and...... just read it!!!

Another film that is being made is Hellblazer, but they have
cast Nicholas Cage as John Constantine an English Charictor
based loosly on Sting. Go Figure!

The Sandman is also in production perhaps they will cast
Meatloaf as the imaciated dark haired lead!!!!

And, Sorry to rant but what were they thinking casting
Stallone as Judge Dread. A charictor based on Clint
Eastwood!!!!
