"Everything around me seemed to be in slow motion" in Love in Vein by Skinny Puppy.
also, all those voice samples and scary screams in Ministry's Corrosion. brilliant. i can't say i'm a big Ministry fan, but this track is killer.
oh, and i LOVE that voice processed sample in Gridlock's Caloc, in the middle of the track.

On that note, The DJ Shadow Remix of Painkiller by Depeche Mode has a nice use of a sample that goes "Ah, my stereoman is my...is my number one high".
I read somewhere it was from a record where a girl talks about LSD an stuff, also sampled on Acid Again by Meat Meat Manifesto
My favourite sampling is on White Blur 2 from SAWII, the little laughter that is used. And another good one is: Watch your bassbins, I'm telling ya, from Infiltrate 202 by Alten 8/an Amen Andrews track I can't remember.
