I saw an excellent video on "when animals attack",where due to some cock up at a zoo, a pair of chimps managed to get into the cafeteria and gift shop. Funny as hell seeing the chimp chuck a chair at a bloke it had cornered. I find it difficult to have sympathy with people like those in that story; you keep wild animals, you don't expect them to behave like domesticated pets... *rolls eyes* |

There's more than a few "domesticated" animals that are willing and able to take a chunk out of a human if they're so inclined. Sometimes when I'm play-fighting with my cat he gets carried away and I'm ever so grateful he only weights a couple of pounds. |

Personally, I find it quite easy to feel sympathetic to an old bloke who's just had his face chewed off by a chimp whilst trying to take another one a birthday cake. But I suppose I can see your point. |

Yeah, it was like footage of football hooligans running riot, pushing shelves in the gift shop over, etc. but IT WAS CHIMPANZEES! Milwall meets plannet of the apes. Fleetmouse: Yes, my flatmate's cat is like that. I swear it's mentally ill. Even when you ignore it, it'll sometimes properly attack you- start hissing and try to bite you, etc. |
