niggus please. Thats just the promo, ofcourse the retail version of Untilted will have another cover. remember all the earlier AE promos and the compare them to the retail album cover and like the promo autechre - draft 7.30 cassette. The retail will have different cover art, dont worry be happy. |

I don't know where you got that info. I heard somebody speculating upon that. You could also speculate that the draft covers were the ep7 cover altered, which are obviously an altered version of the two different LP5 covers. I think those covers look great. They seem to fit the 'leak'. |

The person who first posted those covers said that he saw them on a mailing list for Coil or something like that. It was posted on WATMM. Anyways, giginnger and co. isn't it kind of hard to judge a 256 color gif, that's about 1/20th the size of the actual thing? :/ |

It's not unheard of for Warp (or anyone else for that matter) to send out different promos. Maybe not different content, but ones that look different at least. For example, take the Double Figure promo. The top pics are a promo on a proper factory pressed silver CD in a card slipcase with some artwork and underneath is another promo that's on CDR in a clear plastic sleeve with a paper insert. Both are real. I'm pretty sure that the last ae album was also on promo CDR as well as the cassette too. All that doesn't mean that the promo I have is fake and giginger's is real or vice versa :) And I hope that that artwork which's been doing the rounds isn't real cos it's a bit on the wanky side. It's not horrible, just not right. |
