Making Contact is a 29-minute weekly program committed to
investigative journalism and in-depth critical analysis
which goes beyond the breaking news.

This weeks episode, "Many Minds in an Army of One" takes
alook at the Iraq war from the perspective of the soldiers
and their families, it features music throughout from Aphex
Twin, Board of Canada, and more.

enjoy/or not..

I am not sure what you mean by, 'can you really listen to
this'.

Yes?

Ha! Silly robin.

If you already listened to the first five minutes then you
answered your own question!

heh i wonder if this is based off david thrussell's (snog,
soma, black lung fame) project "the fire this time" - he
used a lot of aphex, boc, etc for background noise. it's
basically a modern adaption of "war of the worlds",
reflecting on issues in iraq etc.

i'm not a huge fan of it but it's certainly worth a listen,
quite interesting on many levels.
