in many of their cds, they dont have names for their songs
(example: tri repeate or chiastic slide) but I can find this
names at any AE discocraphy... the question is ... who gave
them their names???

OK now this topic is useless...
lets change it to...
1+WHAT THE FUCK IS A PEEL SESSION
many have them (ae, plaid, black dog, BOC, aphex...) is a
session in a club or something?
2+ARE PEEL SESSION VOL 1 AND VOL 2 WORTH BUYING (AUTECHRE)??

I as well don't fully understand the peel sessions. What
i've gathered so far is the "band" plays some of their
tracks for John Peel on some UK BBC radio show? Am I correct
in this statement? I own a few peel sessions albums, they
usually consist of tracks that are readilly available on
another album.

John Peel is GOD!!!

i think most peel sessions are recorded at his home.

i cannot say enough good things about John Peel, always
gives everybody a listen and a chance.

NArkotic is right, I've seen the maidavale (I think I spelt
that wrong) studios in London where they're recorded.

Autechre are just amazing and very well produced(from the
engineering point of view). I think that anything apart from
Gescom(undercover Autechre)is a must.You can't miss
Cichlisuite if it's not already on your shelf. That's really
worth getting it!

yeah, Autechre are more strange, in a cool way... like I've
said before, it almost hits me like "whoa, this is so
different from anything I've heard" everytime I listen to
them...

I feel like hypnoticed by their music.
this happens to me with confield, which is not the one that
i prefer but is the strongest hypnoticing me, I dont know
why but i use to feel the need of listening to it... even
though i much rather chiastic slide or lp5 or amber

gescom is apparently a combination of up to 20 artists
working as a whole/or as a colaboration with each other-i
know that one of them is darrel fitton (bola)-and the other
two are are ae rob and sean, also jega but does anyone have
any ideas who the others are?
