It's okay but I'll pretend it's bad.

because lets face it fenix funk is nice for a second but the
novelty of 'omg new afx' wears off..

i refuse to compare them...

fenix is less trad. acid, and very nice and melodic new
aphex.

xmd5a is an aphex acid ass-kicker.

why bother picking one over the other?

the only similarities i see are the nice quiet moments of
analog hum.

both excellent tracks.... And quite different in feeling.
This one is a little more abstract... With it's dramatic
piano lines.
Lovely stuff from the wizard... I hope that the whole
series will be awesome. It's a good start i have to say..
:)

i like them too.

also, i will have to give them a more thorough listen to
make up my mind.

i would love to give rephlex some money in exchange for a
compact disc which contained all of the songs included in
the analord series.

anyone think the start of this track sounds like the start
of "the planet of the apes" soundtrack?
