this site is nifty it's a community that logs whatever you
play in itunes/winamp/whatever and then automatically lets
you meet people into similar music

here's the site

and

here's my profile

I love this site, I joined the Xltronic group a few days
ago. Funny looking through artists' songs when you notice a
track is a lot less popular than you though, or vice versa.
It's funny when people have different opinions than mine.

I can't fucking believe Lie to Me isn't even in the top 50
most popular Depeche Mode tracks.

KAK! i've got that album, haven't listened to it for years.
theyre currently using one of their tracks on an advert in
british tv. of course, being a complete trainspotter i must
be the only person in the whole of the country to have
spotted it :)

Creepy! You're like spying on me and stuff.

What kind of product? WTF could Kak possibly sell?

i honestly can't remember, i don't take much notice of
adverts. i think its a phone, i'd have to look up the track
to see which one it was.

unfortunately audioscrobbler doesnt register most of the
music I listen to since I rarely listen to over half of a
song
they should fix that

yeah. i just discovered xltron group out there - with an old
forum. funny. today i had a fight with people in general
discussion - i dared to say radiohead did nothing special
with kid a or amnesiac. and got beaten to death by radiohead
fans. that was great fun.

well miscially kid a and amnesiac arent that progressive,
theyre really derivative of idm and the such, but in terms
of an emotionally spectacular album that makes me feel
things i dont normally feel, kid a is king.

i agree. but saying to radiohead fans there's something
"really derivative of idm and the such" in kid a was kinda
blsphemous and suicidal of me - like good old Hyakusen
repeating analord is shit :)

kid a and amnesiac gave me many great moments tho - either
musically or emotionally
