(pitchfork reviews doesn't count ; P)

many people and critics dissed The Isness by FSOL/Amorphous
Androgynous, which i totally understand, but i love it.

SYR 4 (Goodbye 20th Century) and NYC Ghosts & Flowers by
Sonic Youth also got mixed and bad reviews.

Goldie - Saturnz Return. I didn't even like it at first,
but it grew on me and now it has a nostalgia element that
really it shouldn't have but does.

selection sixteen is considred as one of tom weakest works,
fo me its one of his bests

I like smojphace ep

among vsnares fans, nymphomatriarch is not very liked, I
enjoy it quite a lot, as its nice ambient

for orbital fans the middle of nowhere was a let down
compared to the previous 4 albums... for me this fith album
was pure genious

anything off off of the schematic label, critics hate them
for some reason, but ive not purchased a bad release from
them.

Gay Dad "Leisure noise" (great title), David Devant & his
Spirit Wife "Work, Lovelife, Miscellaneous" (great title),
Suede "Head Music", Ultra Vivid Scene "Rev", Stone Roses
"Second Coming", David Bowie "Outside", & "Earthling" &
"Black Tie White Noise"... I can't think of anything IDMy,
it's all universally lauded these days.... I don't know, I
remember "I care because you do" got a lukewarm review in
NME (or maybe Melody Maker), FSOL always get slammed and I
like them,.. ummm, ....

Not in the IDM/electronica vein, but I really like Arab On
Radar "Soak The Saddle", it's art-punk/no-wave/noise-rock or
whatever, and it's like; either you (and the reviewers) love
it or hate it.. I ofcourse Love it! :)

i have none. i ALWAYS agree with the critics. i am not
unique and have no sense of individuality. i like what i am
told is good.

a 2/5 when it came out; big surprise

i guess the reviewer who gave it 2 stars was either deaf, or
more probably just failed to appreciate the awesomeness of
this album... i hope his/her opinion has changed since
then.

i feel the same way about Skinny Puppy's Process. i was
surprised to see that allmusic.com gave it 2 stars only, and
that's a shame. a lot of Puppy fans dislike Process for some
reasons. i personally think this album is brilliant... pure
ear candy.

Reviewers often seem to think The Private Press was a step
down for DJ Shadow after Endtroducing, personally I couldn't
have asked for much more from him.

I dont get the bashing The Private Press got from reviewers.
Its as good as Endtroducing, a bit different in style. But
still a Five star release.
