ha. using the photo of the vinyl.. the second one is more of a fucker though - explicitly saying it's a picture of his copy, so basically you'd be paying 8 quid for a cd-r. |

Yeah, the second one I'm inclined to think is a bigger wanker. Because it's clearly the photo EVERYONE has. I'm tempted to complain about them actually. Saying that that photo is a widespread photo so they're claiming something which is possibly not true and therefore are selling an illegally gained product. |

Can you sell CD-Rs of stuff anyway? AB5 may not be properly released but I assume the copyright still belongs to RDJ/Rephlex. Or am I hopelessly misguided? |

it's almost certainly a cdr (not a cd, and probably from mp3, not directly from the vinyl). you can't sell cdr copies of music for which you don't own the legal rights. in a nutshell, what an asshole. if you notify anyone, it should be ebay, and i wouldn't be surprised if the listing was deleted... |
