I am rather unpleased that you have not put out any
releases in some time, i enjoy Smojphace still to this day,
but i (like others) await new/good music.

I dont know if you hate the music industry, or hate the
media, I dont blame you on either, but there are some of
your true fans, that are in need of new music.

Im not saying slop out some wack tune in a day or two, but
just give us something nice, please.

Possibly a Richard D. James mix cd in the works, or a new
release of your own.

thank you for your time,
recycle in the usa

Dear Richard,

I used to be a huge fan of yours. You still have a little
place in my music adventures, but as of late, I'm no longer
impressed. The likes of Bola and Funckarma have been
entertaining me quite a bit. Please stomp us into submission
with something melodically and rythmically amazing. I know
you can do something way better than "amen break x300 bpm".
I still believe in you.

Thanks.

PS: Stop listening to venetian snares, he will only rot your
brain.

Dear Richard,

drukqs was stunning, and 26 mixes was a nice thing to tide
us over untill you released a new album, smojphace was shit,
and you know it. like recycle said, we dont know if you hate
the music industry and media, but there are allot of us who
basically just want some new material, even some unreleased
work around your ventolin / AB3 era would be really nice.

cheers, Gwely.

dear richard,

i wonder why there´s such a hype about your musical works.
your visual CI is a great thing, the egomania thing you do
is still nice and i really love your video clips and most of
your "hit" singles like ON, WINDOWLICKER or VENTOLIN.
But, sadly, besides the wonderful and unique SAW II album
(which will always have a special place in my heart), there
is no release you did which is not mediocre; on each of your
albums, there are a two or three great tracks, the rest is
just uninspired crap. Especially DRUKQS is a very
disappointing album at all regarded the fact that you once
were able to do music like the mentioned ambient classic.

If you want to do me a favour: Think of compiling SAW III.
I´d love you for that. Another really kicking release like
that will may be convince me that you are not totally
overrated.

yours sincerely,

your old mate gack.

Dear Richard,

Release this music you claim is too dangerous to release. If
it really is too dangerous then it will truly be a criminal
record.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!

"dear fans and member of xltronic,
Had you come to any of my live shows, you would see that i
am very much producing cutting edge beats, reworking some
old tracks and generally pumping out the choons like i
always done. I've always said releasing my music was a minor
part of my musical world, so suck on it.
I would recomend you check out Squarepusher. His recent
album, live shows, single and breezeblock set should give
you that braindance, acid, jungle, vibe you want. Sorry
about drukqs - it was a bit of a fucking mess imus admit.
Cunts"
