Prodigy - Girls

I've been waiting for the new album since 1997, and
honestly did not believe that they would release anything
good after BGAT, so didnt have any fate on the new material.

Today I got a song from the new album, the track is called
Girls and at first i thought this is pop, but then it hit
me. Its just an amazing Club track from the prodigy, but
still it definetly has that prodigy edge to it. The beats
are amazing, some how the structure of the song reminds me
of Windowlicker.

The track was played in a norsk radio last night, so I think
it will spread quite fast..

Girls plus Spitfire make me turn the volume up

the beats are so compressed/strong i guess the tracks can't
be used as lullabies, they really work when played LOUD

the prodigy at their best

A fantastically produced track, absolutely bangin. It hits
hard. All done on Reason, too....I think.

It's so blatently a rip off of Windowlicker in places, but I
DO love this track.

Liam Howlett uses Ableton Live now, at least for the live
stuff.

i thought he used reason to make most of the album, but
cleaned it up and whatnot back at his home studio (cleaning
up may just mean using the compressor's in reason, i
dunno).
girls is the only track off that album i actually like.
spitfire coming in second !

i'm in love with jilted but my fav. track is out of space. i
love experience too, it's less rock but very imaginative, at
least for me at those internetless times. i literally have
gone crazy for this music, and i can't stand their last
stuff so much (remixes included) but well that's life
