[maps] proper track!

But noone will probably like it, because it is 3 minutes
long and probably not varied enough for your refined
pallets. I have worked on it on and off for two weeks.

Basically sort of in the style of Caustic Window stuff but
probably not as good (probably...haha...i'm a cheeky fucker
:P)

It is called Abandoned Dwelling (Murdered Occupant Mix)

And...um...thanks as always.

it's repeptitive, but it suits it well :) maybe you could
extend it to 12 minutes though...it's just that kind of
track that get's into your brain and makes you feel, well,
high.

you like it? I just listened to it again and I realised I
don't like it.

repetitive music remember :)

*gets dizzy then falls over*

my head!!! lol... not sure it works while sitting here
listening to it with headphones, need to be in a room with
speakers!

some nice sounds though :) maybe a little repetitive

I made it especially to play to deaf people...they will like
it...trust me.

I'm.. eh I don't know what to say. After that incredible
Snapshot clip I was expecting something similar. This
sounded more like some synth manufacturer's preset trying to
sound like IDM, if you know what I mean. You know, like a
fancy Absynth preset or something :)

You have no taste, it's very good. Yeah, it's repetitive,
but it works. And it sounds great with my headphones. The
only problem I have with this track is that it ends too
abruptly.

i liked it, but i honestly didnt think it was your best...

nonetheless tho, if this was the first thing of yours i'd
heard, id be going up the wall and saying it was amazing...
props!! :)

I got more stuff like snapshot lined up, but I get bored
with doing one style of thing so I just work on whatever
style I feel like working on. If it's not your sort of
thing fair enough, I gave you warning :D

I have some drill coming up as well, and a few drum and bass
tracks and a pop song in the style of N*Sync.

With a guitar solo and a fade out.

offline tolstoyed from the ocean on 2004-05-22 17:25 [#01201984]

well, it could fade out...

offline ecnadniarb on 2004-05-22 17:27 [#01201985]

I liked the abruptness after the repetition...I suppose I
could fade it out though when I can be arsed...but thinking
about it you could do it your fucking self :D

well, we could do the whole thing better ourselves
ofcourse, but then you wouldn't learn, Lee.

and that's what this little thread is all about!

No doubt you could. Just wait though...soon...soon my
friend...I will make a track so mind shatteringly awesome
that everyones heads will explode when they listen and I
will be arrested for remotely direct killing and a new law
will have to be invented and stuff.

More drink.

LOVE.

mmyes.

after about 30 seconds I do start to think
"...yeeeeeeees...?", as in, something should start
happening.

sounds like you have a layer done of a possible track, but
very unfinished.

come on, Lee. lather the layers. LATHER THEM ON!!

but..... Yeah it was fucking slick. Changes were present and
enough things were going on to keep my interest. I'm gonna
listen to it again to see what happens.
