ah, i would say a very unhealhty diet, lots ov meat, always have chips lying around
I lost about 10 pounds i believe, hardly got dizzzy
i became sleepy more often.
my strategy was to make myself full off the lightest foods possible...if that makes sense...have lots and lots ov celery, carrots...and hummus!!! mmm...my new favorite love.

well... tonight i'm going to write down a huge list of foods that i can eat, then it will get easier... it's just gonna suck having to read the backs of things to see if it has any dairy or what ever products.
my friend has been vegan for a year now, and she still has some trouble with it.

Where I live, near campus, there isn't much selection besides this mom & pops grocery store. Every now and then they carry Morning Star stuff (e.g. soy "fake meat" products). When I want to feel especially healthy I get some soy milk. Also, Thai food with tofu is divine.

i was skinnier when i ate veganic, but i don't think i got enough 'good fats' and also i have a very low blood pressure and blood iron levels. there are some things such as protein gain and vitamin b12 that you must be extra-careful about.
nowadays i excercise alot more, so i have taken egg and cheese back to my menu to ensure protein gain!
but i learned to cook good food, and nowadays most of what i cook is still veganic

hahha!
..about the same as if all the pigs were running free...
Meat is good for you.. humans are (mainly (there has always been stuff to accompany the meat, and in times of hunger and need, we could eat different roots and berries)) carnivores, not (pure) vegetarians...

there wouldn't be so many pigs if they were just running around ;)
i wouldn't want to get into this now, but with the production cycle so messed up it isn't natural to eat meat anymore.

It's all about setting your own limits. I will eat anything that is put in front of me, but by choice I eat very little meat. The meat that I do eat is top notch organic free range stuff from my local butcher. I costs about twice as much as normal supermarket stuff but at least you know that is for a reason.

I've yet to see a healthy (and by that I mean physically fit, with good stamina and who could survive up the mountains for a few days) vegan. I think the fact that you have to take vitamin supplements, etc. demonstrates how unnatural it is and that it would not of been a viable form of diet 100 years ago.
There is literally no way at all you could survive in a cold climate without either: modern food processing technology or meat.
