Dear Warp (and planet mu), please, oh please, oh please...
stop releasing top-loading vinyl. It seems everytime you
make non-gatefold vinyl it is top loading... please stop
this... most labels don't do this because they know that it
is stupid... thank you

They're good if you're a DJ and you're going thru you're
record bag!

not if you're a slightly drunk dj, and you pull it out with
an arm possessed by slightly drunk emotion and then the
vinyl flies out the top and lands on the gound...

yes.. but then the slightly drunkeness can be labeled as the
cause.

but who wants to sacrifice slight drunkenness when you don't
have to? *looks vindictively at copies of RDJ album and
Ultravisitor, shakes slightly drunken fist*

i would do this... but you see...then aphex would be on his
side... and his gaze doesn't quite pierce strangers across
the room the same way...

Thoughts #2:

35 for the last week... thank god this is finished... it's
hard to say whether i'll post more or less now... because
while i was doing them, xltronic was my place for
procrastination...

*passes out*

i know warp changing production techniques with respect to
slightly drunken dj's isn't going to happen.

thoughts #3
it took a night on a gay pub crawl with my lesbian friends
to make me realize just how cool "superstylin" by groove
armada is... after an evening filled with Black Eyed Peas
(side thought #1: fuck you black-eyed peas), and that
godawful run dmc vs. jason nevins song (,and well, you
know... other things you would expect to hear on a gay pub
crawl... which is to say: pop with more of an emphasis on
dance music than rap and r&b, or rock)... the massive beat
and delightful sing-songy mc stylings are quite
refreshing...

thoughts #4: Britney's song "toxic" played several times,
and it occurs to me now that she has miraculously survived
for yet another album, despite the fact that six months ago
the world seemed deadset upon impaling her fame on a
spike... and do you know how she managed (aside from some
pretty naked spreads in esquire, and rollingstone)? it was
the music! that "toxic" song has wormed its way into
many-a-cold-heart... and alls i has to say is: kudos,
britney, kudos...
