When i came here, i was into one artist, aphex twin,
totally obsessed owned all his stuff. then on the board, i
heard of autechre, boards of canada, and venetian snares.
(well i knew of them all along but never KNEW)
now i hear all these squarepusher discussions.
the only squarepusher ive heard in my entire life is come on
my selector.

if you could pick 1 song you wanted me to hear by
squarepusher, what would it be?

-has soulseek on standby-

come on my selector would've been my first choice... in lieu
of that, i'd say Port Rhombus... but really you should try
to track down all of the album version of Big Loada (which
includes both of these tracks)

...wow

see this is the reason i didnt get into squarepusher, cause
every artist i get into, i have to buy all their albums and
eps
(insane collector) aphex twin was a fun time, ordering this
and that. boards of canada was fairly easy, still working on
venetian snares and autechre. now i have to start buying
squarepusher.

DAMN YOUS ALL!!!

-looks in mail box- yay my T4 :D

"my sound" off of music is rotted one note is my
favorite sqpr track ever.

red hot car is also pretty fucking dope.

but really, i think it's all good. i often put his entire
catalog in my playlist and hit shuffle.

squarepusher may be a little different.

i find most his albums to be very different from each other.
your best bet might be to get on soulseek, and get a few
traks from each album. some of his earlier stuff is reall
jazzy, then his newer stuff is just ndsp genius.

all is good IMHO. just some like others more than others.

for me, personally "go plastic" is THE [] alsbum, other like
the jazz stuff more.

the guy is THE master. i dont know how he gets the time.

go plastic sounds like it took 100 years to make.

How do you go from only knowing one track to deciding he
isn't as good as other people in less than an hour?

What are you lot talking about? There is only one track! The
man asked for one track and that is 'male pill part 13'.
This is Squarepusher at his best no question.
