your beats and sounds are awesome, but I'm not a fan of the
notes in the bassline... a bit too "so-cal pop punk" for my
tastes... still, nice production quality, sounds, and beats.

this is not topic related, but is there anything you don't
like on first listen? :)

nice tune, i like it a lot. would like it even more, but
drum programing is a bit too straight, repetitive for my
likings.

There's loads of stuff that I don't like on a first listen
and I normally tell people. But I like loads of music, and
if I enjoy listening to something I just say I enjoyed it.

Your best so far I think. Nothing sounded amateurish. The
sounds themselves were nice but so was the layout. It would
stand out in some typical various artist compilation, not
that that would be very hard as the majority of tracks on
released compilations suck.

Thanks a lot. I'm gonna start messing around with the
modplug stuff soon, it looks really interesting but when
using my own .wavs I haven't got as good a result as your
example file.

It doesn't matter much, but in the example wavs, I forgot to
mention that at the end there are 3 visible repeated drums
hits. You're supposed to cut off all 3 of those and then
loop it (they just visually mark the end), but it won't make
much difference.

Reminds me of "goon games." Nice!

The only thing is that the drums sounds sort of tame. Maybe
higher volume or stereo'ing would help?

i think its good. critical sidenote: i agree with tolstoyed
about the beats - adding a few bits of vsnares-influences
and you've got yourself a genius track

remember you disliking anything, and related to that other

sense to me - you just like everything :)

Also it my comment here wasn't based on a first listen :P

I have luckily been able to listen to most of Sams posted
tracks before he has posted them on the board through the
wonders of the aphextwin.nu room on slsk. :D!

Unlucky son :D

It's not that good anyway. It's only funny at the moment
because of horsefactorys mental brain and earthleakages
constant put downs of hyakusen. :D

i like it. the synths remind me a lot of some of my
favorite tracks by isan. the melody is nice.. it will
probably be going through my head later today or something.
oh i guess it sort of also reminds me of fischerspooner.
and also the sound at the begining sounds a lot like the
sound at the begining of 'tainted love' by soft cell :p

Sorry for the late reply horsefactory.

Another brilliant song, the timing was all perfect with a
length to match.

Everything from the beats to the melodies were awesome.

This is probably my second favourite track from you so far,
the memory dog & prawner being joint first of course.

sounds very good, nice melodic feel and good percussion
sounds. i would say that it's too long for the simplicity
of the music and takes too long to develop. it's also
lacking in momentum, it's midtempo but it still needs
something to propel it further. an enjoyable listen.
