That has happened to me in the past...sometimes I get really
dizzy and feel like vomitting through tiredness...then it
passes after about half an hour and I am good to go for
another few hours then.

Normally this is after 2 days of not sleeping :D

yeah, i've felt like that lately.

ever since those three days of music-festival.

..could be the mix of champagne and jägermeister i drank on
saturday finally has worn off, and now i'm ready to sleep.

done that, been there. i'm tired still.

being tired gives me lots of inspiration, but I'm too tired
to make music when I'm tired.

i would like to go home from work right now, but i'm not off
until 16:00. that's about half an hour until, so.. it'll
work, i guess.

Haha, I feel exactly the same! I have been like it almost
every day for the last few weeks, as I have been getting
about 4 hours sleep. It is horrible when you simply cannot
stop your eyes from shutting no matter how much you don't
want them to. Then it feels like your brain is melting away,
or something. When it's really bad your eyes feel like they
are made out of sand. I always tell myself to go to bed
earlier, but I don't feel tired later on.

Yeah man.. I am here to 17:30. Time slows down to about 10%
speed when you feel like this.

it would also be bad to go to sleep too early, as i would
only wake up in the middle of the night, completely rested.
so I have to stay awake until normal sleep-time (between 22
and 03).

yes. i've been dizzy and heavy-headed a lot lately,
actually, but not sleepy. that just kicked in a few minutes
ago (when i first posted this post.)

maybe it is some form of chronic tiredness which all artists
(i don't know if i would like to be called that, nor if i
would like to call myself that, but i find no better word
for what i do with my spare time (making music, videos and
graphic art..)) eventually catch.

i mean.. if you see those art-people on tv, they're always
kind of sleepy and dreamy...

That could be true. I guess being creative wears you out..
and that could be anything from making music to just having
a vivid imagination.

Sometimes when I 'drift off' at work I kind of dream about
the last thing I saw.. like the text on the screen in front
of me. I start to dream that it says something completely
different.. once I even saw some text morph into a shoe.
Then the phone rang and I had to actually use my brain.

I hate sleeping. I always start to drop off after Lunch but
manage to stay awake then I'm good to be awake till about
midnight. I should get proper sleep every now and then but I
don't want to. There's too much time spent at work to go
home and sleep.

Its hard drag yourself out of bed in the morning when you
have no reason to do so. ie: job or school etc.

yeah, if I have to get up early to be somewhere (i start my
job at 9, but it is flexible, so I more often here around
9:40 or something..), like at 7 because I have to be
somewhere by 8, i get sick, and I stay sick the rest of the
day. it's not some bullshit sick, it's like the scene in
trainspotting where he sinks into the carpet and can only
see through a small hole. that happens to me a lot.

i only have "school" on thursdays, and i don't have a job.
but i wake up around 5am every morning. and do stuff by
myself. i love it.

damn! i could never do that.

i would be in a hole all day!

the worst part about the days where i have to get up early,
is that my throat also seems to clog, so I can't eat
anything all day without gagging.

that happens to me when i get panick attacks or smoke

i think it is connected to me having migraines (if that is
how it is spelled) on a regular basis. and it may be mild
migraine-bursts. i've had hallucinations and stuff when i
have mild migraines.

the cure: tinnitus. i seem to have contracted a mild

it is just that it takes less (not much at all, in fact)

tiredness is so common these days, i heard people saying
it's the "disease of the century" or something like that...

i didn't do anything yesterday, slept 9 hours, and i'm tired
like a pancake now. maybe i should try to sleep earlier, but
i can't manage to sleep before midnight at earliest...

(i remember two days ago, when i had to wake 5.30am every
day, take the train etc., sometimes i couldn't help my eyes
from closing and my head from falling, i'd constantly wish
for a pause to fall asleep on my desk for 5 minutes waiting
for the next teacher to come...)
