If you're banned, you're banned... it's the individual- not the account. I don't know the specifics of this particular case, but I imagine he was banned when it was discovered he is an old banned user coming back. |

The thing is, I don't think he was ever perm. banned -- last I remember, he just changed his password to a load of random nonsense so he couldn't sign back in, and then left the board... |
