Im not sure if what speed I should be playing this promo
at.

I think 33rpm sounds the best, but bleep have theirs at
44rpm?

So im a bit confused. Any help?

i still think 45rpm (thanks) sounds far too fast personally.
But, bleep cant be wrong. Unless they are. In which case,
the whole warp back catalogue and our understanding of the
wierd fast music that we listen to could be completely
wrong.

Think about that one...

One of the best things about vinyl is that you can listen to
which ever version you think sounds best. I use to listen
to 45 dnb releases at 33.

ive done that loads of times. i've heard a record played it
at the wrong speed, then when i've found out it was the
wrong speed i've thought it sounded better at the wrong
speed. but, hey, its your vinyl you can play it at whatever
speed you want :)

I found "the Music" 7" which sounds like captain beefheart
at 33rpm. Which is nice.

If you are talking about the squarewindow ep, then it is 45
rpm my friend.
I have it here, I have a system set up which uses two
sparrows to play vinyl. It works as follows:

Sparrow 1 ("Jet"): He sits upside down on a construction I
have made which allows him to be eternally comfortable
despite sitting upside down for his entire life. He is
connected to a small electrical device with which I can
control the speed of the kicking of his legs. Above him is a
vertical rod with a protrusion in the middle which allows me
to rest a record on it perfectly. Jet's little legs kick the
vinyl and make it spin perfectly depending on the speed I
have set.

Sparrow 2 ("Crisp"): He is positioned in a tiny cage which
hangs from my roof, the only part of his body which is out
of the cage is his beak, which pokes out of the bottom (yes
he is upside-down also.) The cage is lowered near the
spinning record until his beak (which is automatically
sharpened by a device in the cage every time it retracts) is
in contact with the vinyl. Crisp then channels the
vibrations he receives through his spine and into his legs,
where the left and right legs perfectly recreate their
respective audio channels. His legs are connected through a
phono lead into my stereo, which is powered by two hundred
cats. I can not explain this system however; it is
incredibly illegal.

don't have the vinyl yet either. It looks like I am gonna
have to download it instead.

Why wouldnt he be touring? they should know that these big
releases do get leaked eventually, and they should expect
that. But i'm talking for myself, and i am definetly gonna
preorder ultravisitor as soon as its possible.

It'll still happen, dont poo your pants.

Do you think all the venues that are booked are going to be
happy that he cancelled the tour because a few people heard
some stuff before anyone else?
