oh yeah - forgot to add squarepusher to the list. no reason other than forgetfulness.. got the air album.. is the kid606 album as good as ive been led to believe? i have theactionpackedmentalistbringsyouthefuckingjams + while its all good glitchy fun - there are moments of genius sandwiched between moments of equal mediocrity. i saw him live & that was fun - but occasionally obnoxiously unlistenable. i dont want to buy 'kill music..' if its a similar gabba-speed cut'n'paste of other peoples work like '..the fucking jams' was. can you enlighten me? |

the 606 album is very varied. there is one track (ecstacy mother fucker) which is very similar to the action packed.. release. other than that, it's got some ragga, and some reaaaallly chilled shit too. very nice. i can't wait to order it on vinyl (if it is available?) |
